👋 My name is Jess, I'm a London based UX/UI designer with an interdisciplinary education rooted in design and have spent over a decade of my career dedicated to customer experience. My extensive engagement within the hospitality industry has equipped me with an integral understanding of the value of communication; whether that be prioritising and delegating tasks within my own team or intuitively navigating and tailoring experiences to my customers needs.

This sensitivity and attention to detail is consistently reflective in my work. From research through to prototype, I am thoroughly invested in the process of exploration; seeking thoughtful, engaging and aesthetically pleasing solutions to any problems my users may encounter.

My recent hands-on experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments has fortified my passion for transforming ideas into user-centric, scalable experiences that feel intuitive and engaging. I’m skilled in Figma, design systems, and collaborative workflows.
